Today we learned all about exercise. We started with 5 exercise stations. They did great!

Working on their Spanish word of the week: elefante, as well as their exercise coloring page.
We made water balloons to represent our bodies exercising. The balloon represents our bodies and the water inside represents the amount of water that we have to drink after doing exercise. We also talked about being careful with our bodies when we exercise because they are fragile like the balloon.
Then they got to pop their balloons at the playground for fun!

Gabi and Blake were playing "Trick or Treat" during playtime. Gabi was the witch and Blake was the ghost.

When we got home today Avery brought out my Jillian Michaels DVDs. . . I think you have inspired more than just Caleb in our home. :)
