G is for... Giraffe

G is for... Grass

Working on their grass activity. Gabi cracked many jokes today but our favorite one was during the grass activity. She said, "My G is going to look grassy. Get it? haha". She is so funny.

During playtime everyone wanted to go into the secret hideout. George stopped everyone and said, "Ladies first. Gabi has to go in first." What a gentleman.

G is for... gloves

 Boston, Miles, and Paisley ready for their activities. Boston said he was a ninja, Miles a monster, and Paisley a princess.

Everyone brought their favorite gloves to show the class. We talked about our gloves, how they keep our hands warm and then traced our gloves.

Then we made ghost necklaces for Halloween week

Everyone brought treats to share for halloween and so we made big treat bags so they could take everything home.

Then we ate halloween cookies and sang 4 halloween songs.

G is for... Golf

F is for... frog

 First we watched 2 video clips for kids about frogs. We learned all about how they eat and what they eat, where they live, how they lay their eggs, etc. Then we did our first frog activity.

 We then traced the letter F, lower and upper case and colored a frog. George worked very hard.

 Sam worked very hard as well. 

 We also made frog bags and filled them with treats that they brought to share.

 The boys played a memory game filled with insects/animals that frogs like to eat.

 They also did some sewing on a strawberry to remember that there is one type of frog that likes to eat fruit.

We missed Blake and Caleb today. Hope you guys are having fun on your trip. F week was great, thanks for working so hard.
