 Caleb's apple. He said, "I did such a good job Mrs. Luci. Can you take a picture of it?" And so I did :).

Alphabet Curriculum

We are officially done with our introduction and diagnostic testing part of the year. Starting on Monday, September 9th we will dive into our Preschool curriculum. September-December we will be working on the following:

1. 1 Letter of the alphabet each week

2. Naming and drawing shapes

3. Counting correctly/accurately to 20

4. Using words to explain/describe feelings

5. Gross motor skills

6. Recognizing patterns

Our Alphabet curriculum starts on Monday, September 9th and we will begin with the letter A. We will have one BIG project to work on everyday:

Students will also be given tracing worksheets to practice at home!

 Working on their Cheerios necklace. We are working on counting correctly up to 20. Sawyer kept saying "Focus everybody". So that became the word of the day. Every 15 seconds, everyone would say "focus". And they really did focus and did a great job. :)

Boston working on his feelings and emotions book.

 Sawyer and Boston had so much fun at the playground.

 And they ran around "saving the trees" for about 10 minutes :).

 Dancing time. These three LOVE to dance. We ended up dancing to 5 different songs, instead of just 3 :). 

 Boston got an award today for working hard during activity time. He is very independent and works really hard. 

Sawyer also got an award for being obedient and using his very quiet voice during play time. He has been to Preschool a total of 10 times now. Today was his best day so far :).

I also wanted to give Paisley an award because she is so smart and obedient, but she left a few minutes early today. Next week I am sure she will be getting one :).
